A beautiful first edition of Little Women. Bound well in two volumes containing both parts I and II. This is a chance to own the very first edition of this beloved book by Miss Alcott. These are likely a third state printed about a year after the elusive first state set. These books have also been professionally restored. Volume I Condition: Good. The front cover has a coffee stain and there is some staining. The side cover has some fading. The back cover has some staining and wear. The interior is completely clean, with no missing, loose, or torn pages. The first blank page has a previous owner's inscription on it. There is some staining that does not affect the reading in the book. The binding is in excellent reading condition and is not broken. Volume II Condition: Good. The front cover has some staining. The side cover has some fading. The back cover likewise has some staining. The interior is completely clean, with no missing, loose, or torn pages.
