Lost or Damaged Shipments
Ownership transfers to the buyer once a package has been accepted by USPS. Although we cannot assume liability for carrier loss or damage, every shipment is insured and traceable. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please initiate a claim directly with USPS; we are happy to assist by providing insurance and tracking documentation. For shipments showing no tracking movement for 30 days, we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement when available.
